Why am I unable to register for my iParkit Express Program?

Most of our iParkit Express programs require you to create an account with a specific email domain so that you can receive a group discount. This domain is generally your company or school email. There are two ways that you can register for your Express Program and get your discounted rate.

During Registration:

1. While registering a new iParkit account, use your company or school email and enter the PROGRAM CODE you received from your parking administrator.
2. Once you apply that program code, tap “Proceed to Step 2” to add your credit card information.
3. Once registration is complete, your Express Pass will be generated in the app.

After Registration:

1. Open the menu, click on ACCOUNT SETTINGS, and scroll down to EXPRESS SETTINGS
2. At this time your current program code will read - FREEDOMALL. To change this code, tap EDIT, and enter your new program code.
3. Enter your program code, tap SAVE
4. Navigate back to the main menu and click on EXPRESS PASS to view your new Discounted Express Pass
