What’s the refund and cancellation policy?

For pre-paid reservations, we allow you to cancel up to the time your reservations starts. Our website and apps allow you to do this yourself - you just need an account. You can cancel a reservation by going to your receipt in the app or on www.iparkit.com. It can take up to 10 business days for the credit to be applied back to your credit card.
