What is iParkit Express?

iParkit Express was built specifically for parkers who frequently park downtown. You do not need to pull a ticket or pay in the lobby. There is no need to prepay for an online purchase. Simply scan in and scan out. We automatically charge your credit card on file and then email you a receipt.

Express Pass Guide:
  • Express Passes are automatically provided upon creating an iParkit account.
  • iParkit's Express Program does not require customers to make reservations beforehand. To enter/exit the garage you can manually scan the express pass on the app. At the exit, the card on file will be charged for the duration of the parking session.
  • At select iParkit locations, there is the opportunity to use Gateless parking, where you can park using your license plate to scan in and out. Simply add your vehicle information to your iParkit account in the app or web. 
  • The express pass for your account starts with "MINT" and is attached to your QR code. 

  • Express doesn't provide In/Out privileges and you will be charged based on your scan activity at exit and exit.

iParkit Express offers a 20% off discount off the first 5 uses of the express pass. The system will also automatically apply the 20% discount. (Please note this doesn't apply for reservations)

 


How Can I Check How Much I Will Be Charged?
  • You can check the price for using the Express Pass on the app. At the bottom of the screen, select the icon labeled Find Parking. After you select the city and the date/time and the garage, the "Express" and "One-Time Pass" tabs will display. Please select "Express" and the estimated price will display.

How can I see if the discount is applied?

  • To see your discounts and if they have been applied by looking under your QR code where it says "Credits applied! View Details" in the app or go to your account settings under "Account Credits"

General Express:

  • With an iParkit account, you are automatically provided an Express pass. With this pass, you will receive the general Express rates at the location. This pass is not tied to any specific discounted program.

Discounted Express: 

  • Through your employer or school, you can receive a special discounted Express program. This is redeemable through a specific program code provided by your employer.
  • Your code is based on eligibility for a specific program. Once that program code is applied, your Express pass will have specified home locations that your discounted rate is valid at, to see your discounts and if they have been applied by looking under your QR code in the app or go to your account settings under "Account Credits".
