What if my barcode won't scan?
There are several factors that play into our scanners scanning an iParkit barcode: correct reservation time, date and location. Our scanners will alway scan an iParkit reservation or iParkit Express barcode. If something is wrong, you will get an error message on the scanner. If you do not get a message from the scanner, the barcode is either too far or too close to the red flashing lights on the scanner.
My prepaid reservation won’t scan
- Press the help/assistance button to contact our remote monitoring team.
- Provide them with your reservation. That number is right underneath your reservation barcode.
- Our remote monitoring team will then log you in or out of the garage to ensure that you can exit and are charged properly for your stay.
My Express Pass won’t scan
- Press the help/assistance button to contact our remote monitoring team.
- Provide them with your reservation That number is right underneath your Express barcode.
- Our remote monitoring team will then log you in or out of the garage to ensure that you are charged properly for your stay.
If your Express barcode is disabled, please update your default payment method. If you have recently added funds, you may need to contact customer service so they can re-charge you for a past due stay.
