What if I buy a reservation for an event and the event runs late?

We set up special rates for specific events, and the preset times should give you enough time on either end. All of our event reservations have a few hours added to both ends of the event time to account for an event running late.

If the event does last longer than expected, there is no need to worry about leaving early.

If you do find yourself exiting after your event reservation has expired, please press the help/assistance button at the exit gate to speak with a member of our remote customer service team.
