What happens if my card declines?
If your card declines, we will send you an email notification to update your card.
To fix your card on web:
- you can go into your account and in the settings and on your account dashboard, you will see a button that says “Make a Payment”
- On your parking pass you can click the Make a Payment button
Please note that payments must made in full.
If your Express pass becomes blurred/disabled, go into your app account settings under "Payment Methods" and add your new card information. After adding the new card, make sure to set it as your default payment method before deleting the old card.
If you are running into issues updating your default card information in the app. To update your payment method, please add your new card using the desktop website rather than the app by going into your account settings.
