What happens if my card declines?

If your card declines, we will send you an email notification to update your card.  

To fix your card on web: 

  • you can go into your account and in the settings and on your account dashboard, you will see a button that says “Make a Payment” 
To fix your card in the app: 
  •  On your parking pass you can click the Make a Payment button  

Please note that payments must made in full.
