What happens if I pull a ticket at the entrance instead of scanning in?
If you're at the garage
- Please push the help/assistance button on the gate terminal at the exit to speak with a member of our remote monitoring team.
- Provide them with your reservation or Express information. If you made a reservation, you will need provide your INT number. If you are an Express user, you will need to provide your MINT number. That number is located under your reservation or Express barcode.
- A remote team member will then log your barcode in so that you can properly scan out of the garage and get charged your correct rate.
I am out of the garage but my vehicle is still in the garage
- Please click "Ask a Question" in the top right corner to send our support team an email.
- Provide them with your reservation or Express information and let them know that you pulled a ticket that day.
- If you made a reservation, you will need provide your reservation INT number. If you are an Express user, you will need to provide your MINT number. That number will live under your reservation or Express barcode.
- A customer service team member will then log your barcode in so that you can properly scan out of the garage and get charged your correct rate.
- If you do not contact support via our support portal or do not get a response before you leave the garage, please follow the “I am in the garage” steps above
