What happens if I cannot find my reservation?
For the Web:
- Login to your account and click “Billing History” from the left side menu.
- Search for your recent purchase. The most recent purchases are at the top.
- Click on the downward arrow at the end of the receipt to expand the record.
- Click on the “View” button to open the reservation. You can also check the email attached to your account to find your reservation.
- All reservations receive an email confirmation once the purchase is complete.
For the App:
- Login to your account and tap “RECEIPTS” in the main menu.
- View your entire reservation transaction history. Your most recent reservation will be at the top.
- Click on that receipt to open your current reservation and print to use at the location.
- You can also check the email attached to your account to find your reservation. All reservations receive an email confirmation once the purchase is complete.
- If you purchased as a guest, in our app go to “CONTACT US” in the menu to connect with our customer service team.
