What happens if I cannot find my reservation?

For the Web:

  1. Login to your account and click “Billing History” from the left side menu.
  2. Search for your recent purchase. The most recent purchases are at the top.
  3. Click on the downward arrow at the end of the receipt to expand the record.
  4. Click on the “View” button to open the reservation. You can also check the email attached to your account to find your reservation.
  5. All reservations receive an email confirmation once the purchase is complete.

 

For the App:

  1. Login to your account and tap “RECEIPTS” in the main menu.
  2. View your entire reservation transaction history. Your most recent reservation will be at the top.
  3. Click on that receipt to open your current reservation and print to use at the location.
  4. You can also check the email attached to your account to find your reservation. All reservations receive an email confirmation once the purchase is complete.
  5. If you purchased as a guest, in our app go to “CONTACT US” in the menu to connect with our customer service team.
