My barcode didn't work and I wasn't able to scan in and/or out, is there something I need to do?
Before pressing the assistance button, please try brightening up your screen and holding your barcode at different distances from the red scanner.
If you are getting an error message, press the assistance button for an attendant to raise the gate and log you into the garage.
If you pull a ticket, please contact iparkitsupport@intpark.com with your MINT or INT number after parking, so customer service can log you into the garage. This will enabled you to scan your barcode to exit the garage.
