Is the rate the same at all of the Express locations?

No. If you have an employer or school discounted rate, you will receive your discounted rate at your Primary Location(s). At your non-primary locations the rate will vary at each garage. The same goes for General Express accounts.

To view your Express Pass rates, go to the location map in FIND PARKING in the main menu. From there, select the garage you’d like to park at and tap on the EXPRESS bar to view the location’s current Express rate(s).
