I have an account, where's my Express Pass and discounted rate?

Sometimes new Express customers try to make a reservation and apply their PROGRAM code where a PROMO code goes at checkout. Here's how to make sure you're using your PROGRAM code to get your EXPRESS PASS:

1. Open the menu, click on ACCOUNT SETTINGS, and scroll down to EXPRESS SETTINGS
2. By deafult, your program code is FREEDOM. If you have been provided a code for a discount Express rate, tap EDIT, enter your PROGRAM CODE, and tap SAVE. Your email or domain must me registered within our system.
3. Navigate back to the main menu and click on EXPRESS PASS to view your Express Pass.Remember, the barcode in EXPRESS PASS is the barcode you will use to scan in and out of the garage.
4. To view your Express Pass rates, from your Express Pass, press the FIND PARKING/VIEW RATES button.
5. Once on the map, select the garage and then select the times you arer planning to park. Since you are charged based on your actual usage, these rates should be considered estimates.
