How to Change Your Vehicle for LPR (Gateless Parking)?

If you would like to change your license plate on your account you can either:

  • On Web Go to the account settings under "Vehicle"  or On the App, go to the Express page and click on "My Favorite Vehicle" to change your primary vehicle
  • Click "Add Vehicle" (if you haven't added this plate before) or select from the other vehicles in your list
  • Then click "Save" (if you are web you will need to select "Make this my favorite vehicle" before clicking "Save")

You may store multiple vehicles on your account; however, you’ll need to select your active (favorite) vehicle before each visit when using a different car. Our system recognizes the license plate of your selected vehicle for gateless entry and billing.

If you arrive in a vehicle that is not set as your active vehicle, you will need to scan your pass as usual. At gateless locations, failure to do so may result in being charged the standard drive-up rate instead of your discounted member rate.

If you would like to remove your vehicle information, simply click on the license plate you want to remove and select "Remove Vehicle".
