How long does it take for a refund to be processed?

It can take as many as 14 business days for a credit to be applied back to your credit card. If you still haven’t received a refund after that time frame, please follow up with our customer service team by clicking “Contact Us” in the top right corner.

Please specify your request and provide as much detailed information regarding your refund request so that we can quickly assist. In some cases, usually where a refund has been issued in quick succession after the original charge, the refund request may go through in the form of a reversal. In this case, the original payment will simply ‘drop off’ your statement, rather than an additional line item appearing.
