How do I reset my password?

If you forgot your password, follow these steps: 

On the website:

1. Go to the iParkit website.
2. Click 'Account' in the top right corner to go to the Sign In page.
3. Click 'Forgot Password.'
4. Instructions will be sent to your account's email.

On the app (make sure your app is up to date):

1. When first opening the app, select 'Already have an Account? Sign In.'
2. Click 'Forgot Password.'
3. Instructions will be sent to your account's email.
