How do I know I have an account credit?

Go to your account settings and click on “Account Credits.” You will see a list of all your active credits. You’ll also see account credit notifications from your express pass if your credit is express redeemable, and when making a reservation if your credit is reservation-redeemable.

You’ll also get an email with credit details whenever you have a new active credit.
