How do I enter and exit the garage using iParkit?

Most of our garages have a black and grey scanner that is located before you get to the ticket dispenser. The scanner has a flashing red light where you scan on it. Please hold your barcode 2 - 4 inches from the red light; do not swipe your barcode quickly. It is very important that you scan in and scan out to lift the gate. Please do not pull a ticket. If you are having trouble scanning, push the help/assistance button on the ticket dispenser to speak with a member of our remote customer service team.
