How do I create an account?
You can create an account in different ways, either on the website or through the app during the reservation process, settings, or by clicking the "sign in" button on the website.
You can create an account both online or in our app. There are two ways to create an account.
- On the website, you can create an account while making a reservation by putting in a password - the account will not be created until you finish your purchase.
- On the website, you can click "Account" which will provide a drop down and click "Sign In" and follow the prompts to make an account under the login in section.
- In the app, if you have already made a reservation, go to “ACCOUNT” in the top right corner of the screen and click “Create an account”. You will complete the registration process once your payment information is completed.
- If you recently opened the app, the first screen that opens once you download the app is our registration page. Once there, put in your email, password, location, license plate number (optional), and a parking program code if you have one. You will complete the registration process once your payment information is completed.
