How can I cancel my monthly billing?
If you would like to cancel your monthly subscription:
Instructions in the app:
- Go to the "Account Tab"
- Click "Manage Subscription"
- Then click "Unsubscribe"
Instructions on the website
- Go to iParkit.com/login to login to your online account
- From Account Dashboard
- Click on “Monthly Settings”
- Click on “Parker Info”
- Click on “Edit/Remove” located next to the parkers name
- Click “Remove Parker” at the bottom of the edit section
- Enter your cancel explanation
- Enter your cancel effective date
- Please note that we do require a 30 day cancellation notice
- Please note that your access card will work through your cancel effective date
- Enter your cancel reason
- Click “OK-CANCEL PARKER”
- You will now see ‘(CANCELLED)’ next to the parkers name
Please note that you can only cancel after your first month signed up and the pass will be active until the end of that month. You will not be refunded the amount for that month.
