Do Reservations/One Time Passes Have In and Out Access?

When you have a reservation, you will have in-and-out access during the duration of your stay.

Express parking is iParkit's pay-as-you-go option that is found in the app. If you leave the garage while using Express, your parking session will close when you exit. But you can still re-enter again, but it will be a separate parking session.
