Can I edit / extend my reservation?
Prior to your reservation starting, you can edit both the start and end time, as well as the start and end date. (You are only able to edit the start time prior to the reservation start time.)
If during your reservation period you need to stay longer, you can extend your reservation length. This may be done prior to and during the reservation, but not after it has already ended.
To edit or extend your reservation, you must have an account (see steps below). If you do not have an account, you will not be able to edit the reservation, but you can still cancel it by contacting us for assistance. Click "Ask a Question" in the upper right-hand corner and provide your reservation number in the request.
To Edit a Reservation (web): Login and click on "Billing History." Locate the receipt for the reservation you want to extend and click the down arrow on the far right. Click "View" on the extended receipt and open the reservation pass. Make your changes to the time and/or date and click “confirm start time." Confirm your new reservation or make more changes to the start time or end time.
To Edit a Reservation (app): Go to the activity tab and go to your reservation. Click "Edit One-Time Pass" and adjust your times. Your reservation will show up as two separate activity events in the app. Ensure that you are using the pass that doesn't say "Cancelled" when you scan into the location.
Your original payment will be refunded and recharged for the new amount.
