How to Update Your Card Information
You are able to adjust your default card to different cards depending on work vs personal, or which iParkit product (Monthly,Express, Reservations)you're using.
Follow the instructions below to update your default credit card:
For the website
- Log in to iparkit.com and go to Payment Methods.
- Click on "My Parking Methods" section, click "Add Payment Method"
- Add new card information and save. Go back to Payment Info.
- Under “Express and Reservation Default,” select the card you just added from the drop- down.
For the app
- When you select your new card, your changes will be saved. You will now be billed on the new card when using Express or making a one-time pass.
- Tap on ACCOUNT in the main menu.
- Tap on PAYMENT METHODS.
- Tap ADD PAYMENT METHOD, fill in your updated card info and check the "Set this card as Express default" box and SAVE.
Note that you must always have a credit card on file, so if you want to change your default card or delete a card, you must add a new card first.
If you are updating with the same existing card's information [If you need to update your monthly billing information for your account]
On Web: Follow the above steps, then:
1. Change your default payment methods for monthly (if applicable) and express before you can delete the old card information. (The newly added card will appear at the bottom of the payment methods).
2. "Delete" will only appear once you have changed to your default to the new card. )

On App: Follow the same steps as above; the same card will not appear twice and will simply update the card already on file (which shares the same card information), and you will not need to change default payment methods.
*If you want to keep your old default payment method, follow these steps again. You can always remove card information at any time as long as you have at least one card in your account.
