Am I able to change which credit card?
Looking to change your credit card depending on work or personal stays?
Yes. You just need to change your default card before you purchase the reservation or scan out if you’re using iParkit Express.
Follow the below instructions to update your default credit card:
For the website
- Log in to iparkit.com and go to Payment Info.
- Click on the Parking Methods section beneath it.
- Under “Manage All Cards” section, click “Add new card.”
- Add new card information and save. Go back to Payment Info.
- Under “Express and Reservation Default,” select the card you just added from the drop down.
For the app
- When you select your new card, your changes will be saved. You will now be billed on the new card when using express or making a reservation.
- Tap on ACCOUNT SETTING in the main menu.
- Scroll down and tap on PAYMENT METHODS.
- Tap ADD CREDIT CARD, fill in your updated card info. Once a second card is added, you can select your default card.
Note that you must always have a credit card on file, so if you want to change your default card or delete a card, you must add a new card first.
